In response to the widely discussed tragic incident involving a doctor from R.G. Kar Medical College, he wrote, composed, musically directed, and personally performed the protest song “Chetana Ferate Hobe” (We Must Awaken Our Conscience).
Internationally acclaimed singer Akriti Kakkar has also performed songs under his composition and music direction.
